Meet Sadie – Our Foundation Ultra Bernedoodle Girl
Sadie is the heart of our program and a true example of everything we love about the Ultra Bernedoodle.
Born from a 100% Bernese Mountain Dog mother and an F1 Bernedoodle father, Sadie carries the best of both worlds. She has the classic gentle, loving Bernese temperament — sweet, affectionate, and genuinely happy to meet everyone she encounters. At the same time, she’s remarkably intelligent and eager to please.
From a young age, Sadie showed us just how clever she is. She quickly learned to open both the garage and house doors simply by watching us — even though she had her own doggy door! Her early obedience training was a joy; she picked up commands quickly and seemed to have an almost intuitive understanding of what we wanted from her.
Sadie’s coat is beautifully furnished — full, fluffy, and wavy with straight sections that make her incredibly low-maintenance for a Bernedoodle. She rarely mats and needs far less grooming than many others in the breed, which is one of the qualities we specifically look for in our breeding program.
In the house, Sadie is the perfect calm companion. She’s content to lie at your feet or keep you in her gentle gaze while you work or relax. She’s not overly demanding of lap time, but she always wants to be near her people. Confident, courageous, and friendly from puppyhood, she passes on her stable, well-balanced temperament to every litter.
Sadie is the kind of dog that makes you fall in love with the breed — sweet, smart, loyal, and wonderfully peaceful to live with.
Meet Bear – Our Handsome F1 Bernedoodle Boy
Bear is the big, happy heart of our program — a classic tri-color F1 Bernedoodle with a personality that feels almost human.
From the moment he arrived, Bear was incredibly comfortable in his crate, often choosing to relax there even when he had free run of the house. Yet he’s also the ultimate people dog — he loves sitting right next to us, soaking up pets, and somehow convinced himself he was a lap dog despite his big, fluffy frame.
Bear is wonderfully smart and food-motivated, which made obedience training a breeze. He picked up commands quickly and with great enthusiasm. One of his most charming traits is his built-in alarm clock — every evening around 6pm he would proudly retrieve his leash, sit by the door, and politely remind us it was walk time. He lives for his daily walks and zoomie runs, always returning with a huge smile and a wagging tail.
While he’s slightly wary of strangers at first (a protective Bernese trait we love), once he’s told someone is “okay,” he becomes their best friend instantly. Bear is a very happy, affectionate dog who adores his people and brings constant joy and laughter to our home.
With his fully furnished, wavy-to-curly coat and striking tri-color markings, Bear passes on beautiful structure, coat quality, and his wonderful balanced temperament to every litter. He’s the perfect combination of playful energy and sweet companionship — exactly what we strive for in our Ultra Bernedoodle program.
